A Friar of the Dominican Order, St. Antoninus became Archbishop of Florence. He was famous for his austere life, charity and episcopal zeal. He died in 1459. The Roman Judge, St. Gordian, was martyred at Rome in 360. St. Epimachus suffered martyrdom at Alexandria in 250.
