Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Maryland Catholic Women’s Conference!

Due to limited space, vendors are invited to register for a table. If approved, based on relevance to the audience and ensuring a variety of offerings overall, the cost to confirm your space is $100 which includes:

  • Two Chairs
  • ¼ page color ad in the Program Book (a $75 value!)
  • Electricity Access (by request only)
Vendors will be considered for acceptance based on the availability of space, their relevance to the conference, and the order in which they are received.
Ministries are invited to complete the form below to register for a table. Program ads are not included but can be purchased separately. If your registration is approved, depending on space availability and relevance to the conference, there will be no cost for your table, and you will be granted access to:
  • Table
  • Two Chairs

Vendor/Ministry Registration

There are many different ways to support the Maryland Catholic Women’s Conference:

  • Advertise in the Event Program Book
  • Become an Event Sponsor at the Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level
  • Sponsor a speaker by underwriting their honorarium
  • Donate to our scholarship fund to help us offer discounts to religious sisters, college students and women in financial need
  • Donate a door prize or small gift for the hospitality bags

Program Book Ads

All attendees receive a special program book at the conference to reference throughout the day. The book will also serve as a takeaway to share with others after the event. Please consider purchasing an ad to be published in the program book:
